Preferred Catering Program
For events at which 100 guests or more are expected, when more than light snacks are served and/or when a liquor license is required, an Eastern Market Preferred Caterer must be used. The Preferred Caterer list represents a wide range of price points, food traditions, an service options.
An Eastern Market Preferred Caterer has provided three letters of recommendation, agreed to meet the highest standards in food quality and safety, carries adequate insurance, follows the laws, and has paid a one-time administrative fee. Each time a preferred caterer is contracted, they make a contribution to an Eastern Market fund used for building maintenance equipment and improvements.
